Case History
Taking a health history is important for understanding your present condition. Symptoms may result from different habits and environment. We will ask questions about your condition.
Inspection
From the information of your health history, we will check the condition of joint and muscle, and will give you our diagnosis of your condition.
Explanation
Based on interview and results of inspections, we will explain in detail your condition and treatment plan. We will try to not use technical terms. We will use pictures and models to provide you with simple explanations as to what needs to be done.
Treatment
Treatment plans are individually based. Our goal is to have you recover as quickly as possible. Our chiropractic adjustments are not painful.We use the Torque Release Technique.
Advice
Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on certain activities or home care to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions; avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.

As a chiropractor, there is one thing that I value most.
That is “to find the best solution to help the patient improve as quickly as possible”, I also try to explain things in a way that is easy to understand and make appropriate adjustments.
It may sound obvious, but I believe that is what makes a good chiropractor.
I have had back pain since I was a teenager, and in my 20s my back pain worsened due to a herniated disc, I also developed numbness in my legs and suffered for a year and a half.
At that time, the hospital recommended surgery, but I didn’t want to have surgery if at all possible, After a few months of chiropractic care, I was able to get a great improvement.
I started my clinical practice and treated many people with back pain.
The more patients I saw, the more I bent at the waist, so my back became painful, I was treated by a chiropractor several times a month.
One day, I met an American chiropractor, Dr. Jay M. Holder, and that was the turning point for me.
He made me realize that while it is good to focus on immediate symptoms, it is important to look at the body as a whole.
The reason why I focus on nerve function instead of focusing on the distortion of the spine and pelvis, which many chiropractors do, is because it is the brain that controls the body and it is the nerves that transmit commands to various parts of the body. Disturbances in the nerves create disorders in the body.
If you examine your lower back pain and think that there is a problem in your lower back or pelvis, you will most likely find that the most common nervous system problem is actually not in your lower back or pelvis, but in a remote location.
By using the neurological examination method to identify and adjust the abnormal area of the nervous system that is the most problematic in the body, the body changes very quickly. And the distortion will also be adjusted.
